One of my life signatures involves an inherent tendency to seek out alternative ways of considering—well, everything. Today’s quote, adapted from Ernest and Fenwicke Holmes:
“Wait, work, believe, and when the hour has struck,
True wisdom shall appear, and you shall know That Which I Am,
And whence both you and I have come,
And whither we are bound.”
Don’t know where we’re bound . . . but we’re definitely bound.
